Transfers and miracles!
This week was NUTS. Started off normal, we have been teaching a lady named Tina and she's been progressing well. She had done everything to prepare for baptism but was still scared of the commitment. When we asked her on Tuesday if she wanted to be baptized this Saturday, she told us no. We were pretty bummed but kept working with her. On Friday morning we had a visit with her and at the end of the lesson as we were leaving, she just said: "I want to be baptized tomorrow!" We were shocked but also super excited! Friday and Saturday consisted of running around all of our areas prepping the baptism. On Saturday she was so nervous for her baptism and as we were in the font she just kept saying "I'm scared, I'm scared" I was able to see the incredible change of baptism right before my eyes. She went from being terrified to feeling the love of God to the point of tears all in about 30 seconds. It was such a humbling moment to be a part of, I love the mission!
I just got transferred and now I am in Jujuy for the second time! My area is called Almirante Brown and my comp is Elder Coarite, from Bolivia!
Love you all!!
