Last Week at the CCM!

Its kind of crazy, I feel like just last week I got to the CCM and now I leave on Monday! I am so excited to be able to serve the people of Argentina in less than a week! 

This week was same old, same old in the CCM but I did have some great moments in my study of the gospel. One of the things that really hit me this week was what an Elder in my district said while we were sharing about our personal study. He shared Alma 2:28-31 and said that every time it says Alma we should change it to our name, and anytime it says Amlici, we should change it to sin. Doing this really makes the scriptures personal and we can relate to them way better. I love it with this scripture because it explains the battle that we have with sin. It really is face to face and we need the Lords help to get through. I know that through Jesus Christ, anything is possible!

Quarantine Life!!

Hello, my family and friends! Sorry, it's been a little while, lots have changed since the last time I wrote that's for sure. We have been in a national quarantine here in Argentina for the last 11 days. Sounds fun, right? Hahaha it's been quite the experience but good thing I am here with one of my best buds Elder Watson from St George! The quarantine has been one of the most challenging parts of my mission for sure, but not all has been bad. We have had lots of time to study and reflect back on what the mission is and how it has truly changed us. Last Sunday was quite the rollercoaster of emotions as they told us we would be returning home and I would be released from my missionary service. Kinda hard to describe the sadness and confusion that we went through. Not going to lie, didn't get much sleep that night but one thing that was constantly in my head was that I had done my best.
