First week down!













It was a little rough saying goodbye to our Son and Brother at the airport. But, we are so excited for Elder Henderson's journey as a missionary in Salta Argentina. First up 7 weeks in the CCM.  We LOVE Elder Henderson with all of our hearts. God be with you til we meet again!




First week in the mtc was so much fun! Can´t belive it has already been a week! Last Tuesday was probably one of the longest days of my like, getting up at 4am then saying goodbye and flying all the way here to Mexico! Once we got here on Tuesday we had a bunch of orientation type things and I heard a lot of Spanish! 

When I first got here I couldn't find my companion so Elder Stong  and I got to hang out for a couple of hours!! It was so nice to see one of my best friends again. I see him quite a bit as well as some other friends! I took pictures with a lot of them but I cant get my computer to upload the pictures, so ill send them next week!

This week has truly been a testimony to me of the gift of tongues! When I got here on Tuesday, I couldn't understand a word now I am praying and even teaching in Spanish! God definitely blesses his missionaries. I have seen so many miracles this week and it has been amazing!

My companion is Elder Cooper from Mesa, Arizona. He is a pretty cool guy and he played football in high school! He grew up all over Europe and is super good at Spanish! My district is so much fun. We have become super close and all of their testimonies are amazing. We had a district testimony meeting on Monday and everyone was crying by the end. It was probably one of the most spiritual experiences of the CCM!

Quarantine Life!!

Hello, my family and friends! Sorry, it's been a little while, lots have changed since the last time I wrote that's for sure. We have been in a national quarantine here in Argentina for the last 11 days. Sounds fun, right? Hahaha it's been quite the experience but good thing I am here with one of my best buds Elder Watson from St George! The quarantine has been one of the most challenging parts of my mission for sure, but not all has been bad. We have had lots of time to study and reflect back on what the mission is and how it has truly changed us. Last Sunday was quite the rollercoaster of emotions as they told us we would be returning home and I would be released from my missionary service.
